How can I edit this sample knowledge base article?
Answer:
This is a sample knowledge base article that can be edited in the
administration area. To access the knowledge base editor, follow these
steps:- Go to the login page and enter your administrator username and password to login.
- Click the "Manage Knowledge Base" option under the "Components" menu at the top of the page.
- Select
the desired category from the list at the top of the page. This
particular article is in the category entitled "Default category".
- Finally, simply click on the title of the article you want to edit, or click "Create new article" at the bottom of the page to create a new article.
